About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Website Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in web development, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to create, maintain, and optimize responsive websites.
Freshers with relevant skills, internships, academic projects, or personal website development experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update responsive websites.
- Convert designs and requirements into functional web pages.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
- Fix website bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and basic SEO.
- Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the design, SEO, and digital marketing teams.
- Manage website content and make regular updates when required.
- Assist in website integrations, forms, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Follow web development best practices and maintain website security standards.
Required Skills
- Best knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Best understanding of responsive web design.
- Knowledge of website hosting, domains, and cPanel is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website development.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Freshers and candidates with internships or project experience can not apply.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge and practical skills can be considered in place of formal qualifications.
