Junior Production Engineer (2–4 Years Experience)
Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Monitor and operate fabrication machinery such as wire bending, mesh welding, laser cutting, press brake, and welding machines.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with operators, maintenance, quality, and stores teams for smooth production flow.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and downtime.
Troubleshoot basic production and process issues on the shop floor.
Maintain production reports and daily shift records.
Support preventive maintenance activities and machine upkeep.
Identify opportunities to reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
