The Craft Edge Projects is a premium Architecture, Interior Design, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) company specializing in end-to-end design and execution solutions for residential, commercial, and builder projects. We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from homeowners, builders, developers, architects, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Identify prospective clients through networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present the company's architecture, interior design, PMC, and turnkey execution services.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and industry professionals.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert qualified leads into projects.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams during project discussions and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales records, lead database, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, client meetings, and site visits.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and independently close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Building Materials, Real Estate, Furniture, Home Décor, or related industries is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
