Position Overview
RD Avyaan Medical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's range of medical equipment and healthcare products.
- Visit hospitals, government healthcare institutions, private clinics, diagnostic centers, and distributors to generate new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the service and logistics teams to ensure timely installation and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in medical equipment, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling medical equipment, hospital consumables, diagnostic devices, surgical equipment, or healthcare technology.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes (GeM, tenders, and institutional sales) will be an added advantage.
