- Proven experience in premium villa sales (mandatory)
- Strong closing, negotiation & HNI client handling skills
- Target-driven with team coordination ability
Key Role:
- Drive sales for premium villa projects
- Handle site visits, client meetings & deal closures
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing & legal for smooth transactions
