Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager-Sales and Marketing with strong experience in the residential real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to manage client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
- Support senior management in closing high-value deals
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in preparing sales reports and tracking performance
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
Preferred Skills
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Team handling experience is an added advantage
