- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with developing and deploying scalable web applications using Java-based frameworks.
- Familiarity with database integration and management using SQL and related technologies.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
