About the Role
CHUB WOW World is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors.
The Store Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, shift planning, and workforce allocation.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for walk-in students, parents, clients, and visitors.
- Supervise front office operations and maintain a professional customer experience.
- Coordinate with technical, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative teams to keep the facility fully operational.
- Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the center.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high service and operational standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Store Management, Center Operations, Retail Operations, Hospitality, or Facility Management.
- Proven experience in team management and customer service.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Retail, or Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
