We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in IT services sales to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, online demos, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions and solution planning.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development with a software development company.
- Strong knowledge of selling software development services, websites, mobile apps, ERP/CRM, SaaS, or custom software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email marketing, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred
- Experience with domestic and international B2B clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
