Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Lead with 10+ years of software development experience to lead our Flutter Web/Mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter, mobile and web application architecture, team leadership, and modern state management techniques. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality applications across Android, iOS, and Web platforms while mentoring developers and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Flutter Web/Mobile application development team.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Flutter.
- Build responsive and high-performance applications for Android, iOS, and Web platforms.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Review code, conduct technical design discussions, and ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor and guide team members through technical challenges and career development.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of mobile and web application development.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Hands-on experience with GetX and BLoC state management.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin for Android development.
- Experience in developing and deploying applications for Android, iOS, and Web.
- Good understanding of application architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture.
- Expertise in REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Firebase services and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control systems.
- Experience in performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with application security best practices.
Leadership Skills
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive technical decisions and architectural discussions.
- Experience mentoring and coaching developers.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Unit Testing, Widget Testing, and Integration Testing in Flutter.
- Experience in publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Exposure to Microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
