Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to train our sales team. The trainer will be responsible for improving staff skills in customer handling, upselling, product knowledge, and service quality, ensuring a better customer experience and increased sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for sales and front-end staff
- Train employees on:
- Customer service & communication skills
- Upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Product presentation
- Handling customer complaints professionally
- Improve billing counter interaction & sales conversion
- Develop simple training materials / SOPs if required
- Provide practical, real-time examples
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to train entry-level staff in a simple and practical way
- Flexible to work on-site for a few days/week (as required)
