We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close SEO and digital marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for SEO, ORM, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business goals.
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth project onboarding.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, or Web Development services.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
- Experience using email outreach platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools.
- Understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing services.
