About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks
- Maintain records of ongoing and completed cases
- Handle CRM systems and update client data regularly
- Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization
- Communicate with clients via email, calls, and meetings
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in operations / coordination / CRM roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Data Entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in insurance or service-based industry
- Knowledge of automation tools or CRM platforms
- Problem-solving mindset
