Job Title - Xstream Fiber Executive (XFE)

Responsibilities -
- Promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Generate leads through door-to-door campaigns, society activations, and local events.
- Explain broadband plans, offers, installation process, and service benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with installation and backend teams for timely connection activation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
Eligibility Criteria -
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
0–1 years in field sales, telecom sales, broadband sales, or customer acquisition.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
