Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling commercial property sales, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and land. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will be experienced in prospecting, negotiating deals, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive commercial property sales.
- Target Setting & Performance Tracking: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and developers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, demographics, and property values to identify target markets and opportunities.
- Customer Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, objectives, and budget, providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with approval matrices.
- Market Research: Stay updated on local and regional real estate market trends, regulations, and property values. Conduct research to provide clients with accurate insights.
- Collaboration: Work with brokers and other professionals to expand market reach and enhance the channel broker network with new empanelment.
Desired Skillset
- Academic Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a similar sales role.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including property types, zoning regulations, and market trends.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of closing deals, with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Operating Network
- Internal Contacts: Collaborate with internal teams for lead generation, sales strategy, and performance tracking.
- External Contacts: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and clients to drive business growth and sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
