### Job Description
We are hiring experienced **US Healthcare Recruiters** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting healthcare professionals for US clients and a strong understanding of the US staffing process.
### Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based clients
* Work on requirements for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare, Therapists, and other medical roles
* Handle end-to-end recruitment process
* Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
* Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
* Meet daily and monthly hiring targets
### Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
* Good understanding of US healthcare staffing industry
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
### Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of VMS/MSP process
* Experience working with US healthcare clients
* Familiarity with ATS systems
