Job Overview:
To oversee recruitment,operations, employee engagement and organizational human resources policies. Be a part of HR Management team be crucial to the organization Success.
Responsibilites:
- Managing recruitment process, including resume screening.scheduling interviews and cunducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Help in adresssing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Assist in preparing and preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Managing employee onboarding and seoaration process
- Helping in implementing and managing HRpolicies and procedures
- Help in organising training programs for employees
- Maintain HR records
Qualification:
- 1 years to 3years experience in recruitment/HR
- A Masters degree/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS-office
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
