Key Responsibilities:
Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, VLAN & VPN
Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook & Email Services
Manage Domain, Domain Controller, Website Hosting & SSL Certificates
Configure and manage Firewalls, Antivirus & Cybersecurity Solutions
Support Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and Virtualization
Manage NAS Storage, Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
Assemble, install, configure and troubleshoot Desktop PCs, Laptops & Servers
Provide Desktop, Laptop & Remote IT Support
Maintain IT Assets, Technical Documentation & System Monitoring
Required Skills:
