As a Trading Trainer at Horus Financial Academy, your responsibility is to educate and mentor students in trading - covering technical, fundamental and psychological aspects. You will deliver live or recorded sessions, answer queries, and ensure students gain the confidence to trade independently and profitably.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training Sessions- Conduct live or recorded sessions based on our trading curriculum. Teach technical analysis, fundamentals, and psychology in a simple and effective way.
- Content Management- Update and improve course content regularly based on market trends. Ensure all materials remain practical, relevant, and easy to understand.
- Student Supporting & tracking- Respond to student queries within 24 hours through chats, calls, or live Q&A. Guide students throughout their journey with proper mentorship and Track student progress and engagement throughout the course. Evaluate learning through assessments and trading performance.
- Team Coordination Work- closely with the sales and support team to monitor student experience. Participate in internal meetings and offer feedback on course delivery.
- Workshops & Webinars- Host webinars or free sessions monthly to support marketing and branding. Represent the academy with confidence and professionalism.
KPI
- Minimum 4-6 sessions per week with 90%+ punctuality and preparedness.
- 80%+ positive feedback score in monthly surveys or evaluations.
- Ensure at least 70% of students complete the course with strong fundamentals.
- Update course materials monthly and add one new learning resource.
- Attend all review meetings and support team discussions regularly.
Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in trading, training, or market-related roles
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an added advantage
- Proven practical market exposure preferred
