Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can successfully lead complex technology initiatives and drive cross-functional program execution.
What You'll Do
· Lead end-to-end technology programs
· Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
· Drive Agile delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
· Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
· Create executive dashboards and portfolio reporting
· Ensure successful program execution across multiple teams
What We're Looking For
· 3+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experience
· Experience managing large-scale technology projects
· Strong stakeholder and communication skills
· Agile expertise (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
· Hands-on experience with JIRA & Confluence
· Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
· PMP / SAFe / Scrum certifications preferred
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
