Job Summary
Wander Nova Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in the Travel & Tourism Industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing travel operations, holiday packages, flight bookings, visa services, sales teams, and branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch operations and business development.
- Lead and supervise sales, operations, and customer support teams.
- Drive sales of Domestic & International Holiday Packages.
- Monitor flight, hotel, visa, cruise, and travel service bookings.
- Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop relationships with B2B agents, corporate clients, and travel partners.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high conversion rates.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and branch performance reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Travel Industry.
- At least 2+ years in a Team Lead / Branch Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- International & Domestic Holiday Packages
- Flight Booking Systems (GDS preferred)
- Visa Processing
- Hotel & Cruise Bookings
- Corporate Travel Management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to achieve business targets and expand branch operations.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience with Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, DMCs, or OTA companies.
- Existing network of travel agents and corporate clients.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
