Responsible for creating architectural designs, developing 3D models in SketchUp, and producing high-quality photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations using 3ds Max for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Modeling (SketchUp)
Develop architectural concepts and space planning layouts.
Create 3D building models from architectural drawings.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Coordinate design changes based on client requirements.
Generate presentation models for design reviews.
Visualization & Rendering (3ds Max)
Import and enhance SketchUp models in 3ds Max.
Apply materials, textures, and lighting.
Produce realistic interior and exterior renderings.
Create architectural walkthroughs and flythrough animations.
Develop marketing and sales presentation visuals.
Project Coordination
Work closely with Architects, Structural Engineers, and MEP teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
