Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment / HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Perform background checks and reference verifications.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media recruiting and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Source and recruit candidates for open positions.

- Coordinate with managers for hiring requirements.

- Handle joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Support HR activities including PF and ESI documentation and follow-up.

Salary Range: Varies by location, industry, and experience level.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
