1.Achive and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for rooms, banquet hall and food and beverage.
2.Host client meetings,conduct property site tours and build long term relationship with corporate travel planners and travel agencies.
3.Prepare customised proposals, negotiate rates and contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability.
4. Identify and secure new business through proactive cold calls, networking and market research.
5. Monitor competitor activities,market trends and seasonal demands to adjust sales strategies and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
