Job Purpose
To identify and develop new Multi Brand Outlet (MBO) business opportunities across India while maintaining strong relationships with existing 303 MBO partners. The role focuses on market visits, business development, seasonal order booking, and supporting sales growth through regular partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and develop new MBO business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Generate new leads through market visits and networking.
- Convert prospective MBO partners into active business accounts.
- Support Buckaroo's expansion into new markets.
Existing MBO Management
- Regularly visit and stay connected with Buckaroo's existing MBO partners across India.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers and partners.
- Address partner concerns by coordinating with the Head Office and relevant teams.
- Review business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
Seasonal Sales & Order Booking
- Present new seasonal collections to business partners.
- Book seasonal orders as per business targets.
- Recommend suitable product assortments based on local market requirements.
Sales Growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Increase repeat business from existing partners.
- Support revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Market Feedback & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, products, and pricing.
- Share regular market feedback and customer insights with the Head Office.
- Submit market visit reports and sales updates on time.
- Provide sales forecasts and identify future business opportunities.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Experience
2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or dealer/distributor management, preferably in footwear, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
Travel Requirement
Extensive PAN India travel is an essential part of the role.
Compensation: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
