About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Trainers to deliver high-quality training in Animation, Graphic Design, VFX, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and related multimedia disciplines. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students toward successful careers in the creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions as per the curriculum.
- Teach industry-standard software and production workflows.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students in portfolio and showreel development.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and technologies.
- Assist students with career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and institute events.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to enhance learning outcomes.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills (Any One or More Specializations)
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- VFX: Nuke, After Effects, Rotoscoping, Compositing, Tracking, Keying
- 3D Animation: Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max
- UI/UX Design: Figma, Adobe XD

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Certification in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, VFX, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2 + years of industry and/or training experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional work and projects.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be preferred.
