Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Act on qualified leads provided by Pre-Sales and Marketing.
- Client Meetings: Conduct in-person Experience Centre (EC) meetings and Virtual Consultations (VC).
- Closures: Convert prospects into paying customers through persuasive sales conversations.
- Revenue Achievement: Deliver on monthly revenue targets while maintaining profitability.
- Client Documentation: Ensure agreements are signed for every closure and properly filed.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and submit client feedback forms for all closures.
- Financial Discipline: Manage discounts, offers, and ensure approvals are documented.
- Learning & Reflection: Analyze what worked well, challenges faced, and propose strategies for improvement.
- Training Participation: Engage in ongoing learning, particularly around objection handling and negotiation.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, attach required documents, and align with performance review standards.
Preferred Candidate:
- Educational background from Interiors
- OR Experience in Interior sales
- Willing to learn and adapt
