Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter specialized in Technical Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of technical roles and hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for technical fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding activities.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines (TAT).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in IT / Technical recruitment.
Hands-on hiring experience for roles such as Developers, DevOps, AWS.
Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
