Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and employee referrals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct joining formalities and induction programs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory documents are complete and updated.
- Manage employee ID cards and biometric registration.
- Support HR compliance related to labour laws, Factory Act, and company policies.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance through biometric systems.
- Track absenteeism, late coming, and leave records.
- Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies.
Administration Support
- Coordinate housekeeping and canteen-related activities.
HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment tracker, manpower reports, attrition reports, and joining reports.
Training & Development
- Coordinate induction and training programs.
- Maintain training attendance and records.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF).
- Experience with attendance and HRMS software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of HR experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Familiarity with GMP, GDP, SOP documentation, and audit requirements.
- Experience handling blue-collar and staff recruitment.
- Knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
