Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring process.
* Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports.
* Build talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Ensure positive candidate experience and timely closures.
Skills Required:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in bulk and lateral hiring.
* Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
* Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
