Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Maintain all Production planning & activity.
· Responsible for nutrition addition, harvesting, washing, homogenization, spray drying, packing.
· Shall maintain compliance as per SOP, Quality Policy and compliance in relation to regulatory bodies’ legislation within Production department.
· Shall check the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.
· Shall ensure the Qualification of the equipment and utilities related to Production department are performed and recorded with report.
· Shall responsible to ensure that approved procedure available in the plant
· Responsible to check Batch Production and Control Record.
· Shall Communicate & Implement change as have directed through change control procedure.
· Responsible for reporting Deviation, Out of Specification, and Non-conformance to Quality Assurance Department and shall involve in investigation and for implementation of corrective action
· involve in the Market Complaint investigation
· Shall maintain training system in Production department as per SOP for existing and new employees
· Shall responsible to coordinate with other departments well in advance for smooth operation of the production activities.
· Responsible for coordinating with Engineering & Maintenance Department for successful implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance program as per the schedule.
