Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Team Lead to lead a sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Team Lead role with proven team management and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve revenue.
- Assign leads, track conversions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead (mandatory).
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
