We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline
