We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – SmartChoice Operations to lead our used mobile and consumer electronics business. The role will be responsible for managing product evaluation, pricing, vendor partnerships, inventory control, sales operations, and profitability of used and display products across retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of used mobile and electronics resale business.
- Develop and maintain vendor network for inventory disposal and sales growth.
- Oversee product evaluation, grading, and pricing processes.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock aging, and liquidation efficiency.
- Lead and develop the SmartChoice operations team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing.
- Prepare business performance reports and MIS for management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mobile retail, recommerce, used electronics, or consumer durable sales operations.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Preferred Industry Experience
Mobile Retail, Consumer Electronics, Recommerce, Refurbished Devices, Retail Operations, Consumer Durables.
