Key Responsibilities
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients, guests, and delivery personnel warmly, direct them to the appropriate person, and issue visitor badges when needed.
- Phone and Mail Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and sort or distribute daily mail and packages.
- Scheduling and Clerical Work: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Office Organization: Keep the reception area clean and tidy, and monitor or reorder office supply inventory.
- Security Support: Monitor lobby traffic and follow safety and sign-in protocols.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional phone etiquette.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to handle a busy lobby and ringing phones.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, fax machines) and software like MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Education and Experience: Typically requires a high school diploma or a college degree, with 1 to 2 years of prior customer service or administrative experience.
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
