Position: GeM Bid & Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM portal.
- Search, analyze, and participate in relevant GeM bids/tenders.
- Prepare and submit bid documents accurately and on time.
- Handle product/service listings, catalog management, and updates.
- Monitor bid status, corrigenda, and tender amendments.
- Coordinate with government buyers and internal teams.
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups through GeM.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, procurement rules, and documentation requirements.
- Resolve portal-related issues and support registration/updation activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of the GeM portal and procurement process.
- Experience in bid preparation and tender participation.
- Understanding of government procurement regulations.
- Familiarity with OEM authorization, technical specifications, EMD, PBG, and related documentation.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and online tendering systems.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on GeM operations experience.
- Proven track record of successful bid participation and order execution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,905.33 per month
