About the Role
Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Reception Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about providing excellent patient support in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage patient appointments and registrations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to general enquiries.
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments.
- Handle basic administrative and front office tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
