Packaging Design Intern — TRP Essentials, Talia & Sage, and Eden & Brooks
TRP Essentials is on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Design Intern who’s ready to turn ideas into eye-catching designs. You’ll be working across three exciting brands:
- TRP Essentials – a counterculture lifestyle brand for smoking accessories
- Talia & Sage – a bold and modern beauty/fashion brand
- Eden & Brooks – a premium home & kitchen brand
If you’re passionate about packaging design and want to see your work come alive on real products, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create high-quality packaging designs (illustrations, layouts, dielines) across multiple product categories and brands
- Develop concepts, sketches, and moodboards for packaging directions
- Work on brand-driven packaging systems — from logo placement, typography, and color palettes to unique unboxing experiences
- Prepare mockups, prototypes, and presentation boards to bring packaging ideas to life
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure designs are practical, print-ready, and aligned with brand identity
- Contribute fresh, bold ideas to make packaging stand out on shelves and online
What You Bring:
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator (advanced level a must)
- Basic skills in Photoshop for mockups and visualization
- Familiarity with packaging dielines, printing requirements, and materials is a plus
- A strong eye for typography, color, and layout
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a hunger to learn
- A portfolio or academic samples showcasing packaging design work

Our team is young, collaborative, and experimental, with no room for boring work. You’ll have the chance to own real packaging projects and see your designs launch in the market.
