- Lead and manage the team effectively.
- Communicate with clients and candidates in Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada.
- Coordinate daily team activities and ensure targets are achieved.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
- Handle follow-ups and maintain reports.
- Ensure smooth workflow and team performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
