Certification: PDIS / ADIS from SCTVT only is mandatory.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure a safe and compliant working environment at our industrial facility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Health, Safety & Environment operations and be capable of implementing safety standards and procedures across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs.
- Monitor PPE usage and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Maintain HSE documentation, checklists, records, and reports.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and fire safety activities.
- Work closely with operations and management to maintain a safe workplace.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
