We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will manage office procedures, maintain records, coordinate internal communications, support various departments, and contribute to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, files, and databases.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and event schedules.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documentation.
- Support HR functions including employee documentation, attendance tracking, onboarding, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office facilities and ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Process invoices, expense records, and administrative paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, administrative support, operations, or related roles.
- Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills may also apply.
