A Business Promotion and Lead Generation Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by creating targeted promotional campaigns. They bridge sales and marketing by identifying new markets, managing lead funnels, and generating qualified prospects to ensure a consistent pipeline for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email) to promote brand awareness and attract target audience.
- Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects by sourcing data, running outreach programs, and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Database Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and automated tools to track lead progress, segment audiences, and maintain accurate data.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Adjust strategies based on analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, sales, and creative teams to align promotional messaging with lead generation goals.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or business development roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM management, and lead verification tools.
