Overview:
The Supply Chain Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing, consolidating, and presenting critical supply chain reports, manage financial journal entries and controls, support planning and audits, drive process automation and system updates. This role involves working closely with leadership teams to provide insights, track performance, and support decision-making through detailed data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SPA box and assist with entering expense JE’s,validate JE accuracy and alignment between cost centers

Ensure High value JE’s are processed only after prior approvals, prepare Plan JEs (Wage Authority).

Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process

Support the sector on Control’s initiative on SAG, SOX audits & Inventory scorecards

Support on automation initiatives to improve user experience

Update existing (and new) bulk formulas for Ingredient change, Packaging change, New product codes

Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in finance and planning with MBA degree in accounting or finance

Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase would be good to have
