Job description:
We are looking for a CRM & Customer Engagement Executive to manage our CRM system and handle customer communication through WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS. The role also includes data filtering, follow-up calls, and reporting to support sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM portal
- Send WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS campaigns
- Filter and segment CRM data as per requirements
- Make tele-calling follow-ups with customers
- Track responses and update lead status
- Prepare reports for analysis
Requirements
- Basic experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of WhatsApp / SMS marketing
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in tele-calling or customer support is a plus
