Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and closure
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, budgets and resource plans
- Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications and standards
- Interact with customers/clients to understand project requirements and provide updates
- Ensure quality control on project execution, materials, schedules and manpower
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for management
- Review engineering activities and initiate corrective & preventive actions when required
- Develop and review technical specifications for required equipment and materials
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety norms and company policies
- Support cost control and profitability of projects
- Conduct project review meetings and take necessary approvals from seniors
- Guide and mentor trainee and junior engineers
- Ready for site visits and travel across India or outside India as required
Eligibility Criteria :-
- BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in project execution and site coordination
- Strong knowledge of project management processes
- Experience in site handling, vendor coordination and client interaction
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety practices and statutory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and basic Project Management tools
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Pay: ₹472,737.10 - ₹1,331,128.83 per year
