We are looking for an experienced Logistics Key Account Manager (KAM) who has prior experience working with shipping aggregators like Shiprocket, Fship, Pickrr, NimbusPost, or similar logistics platforms. The candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, logistics operations management, account handling, and coordination with courier partners.
This role requires strong knowledge of shipping panel operations, NDR handling, courier allocation, weight disputes, client coordination, and daily logistics flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client onboarding on shipping aggregator panels
- Manage day-to-day logistics operations & order flow
- Coordinate with courier partners for smooth pickups & deliveries
- Handle NDR, RTO, weight disputes, lost shipments, and escalations
- Monitor shipping performance, TAT, and delivery success rate
- Provide support to clients regarding shipping, tracking, and issues
- Maintain reports for dispatch, delivery, and pending orders
- Work closely with warehouse, website, and operations team
Requirements:
- Experience in Shiprocket / Fship / NimbusPost / Pickrr / similar shipping panel
- Good knowledge of ecommerce logistics workflow
- Experience in handling multiple client accounts
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / Shopify / Ecommerce panels
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in Logistics / Shipping Operations / KAM role
Preferred Candidate:
- Previously worked in Logistics Aggregator / Ecommerce Agency / Courier company
- Can handle multiple brands / clients at the same time
- Can manage operations independently
