Job Overview:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling Honda BigWing two-wheeler vehicles at our dealership. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable product options, and guiding them through the purchase process. As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Consultant plays an important role in achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers, understand their preferences, and provide detailed product knowledge to help them make informed decisions about their two-wheeler purchases.
- Sales Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and test rides for customers, highlighting key features and benefits of Honda BigWing two-wheelers.
- Sales Targets: Actively contribute to meeting individual and team sales goals by closing deals and driving sales performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in the selection of vehicles that best fit their needs and budget, and provide accurate information on financing options, trade-ins, and other dealership services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest Honda BigWing products, features, and industry trends to offer expert advice to customers.
- Sales Documentation: Accurately prepare sales agreements, process orders, and complete the required paperwork for vehicle purchases.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospective customers to nurture sales opportunities, and provide timely updates on vehicle availability and promotions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent post-sale service, address customer queries or concerns, and ensure a positive experience from initial contact to delivery.
- Inventory Coordination: Liaise with the inventory team to check the availability of vehicles and ensure that popular models are in stock for immediate sale.
- Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to offer recommendations for improving sales strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
