Job Description – HVAC Site Supervisor / Project Engineer
Position: HVAC Site Supervisor / Project Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience: 2–5 Years (HVAC Field)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- ✔ Handle complete HVAC project execution at site from start to commissioning.
- ✔ Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and daily work activities.
- ✔ Supervise and monitor ducting, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment installation.
- ✔ Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- ✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil, electrical, and other agencies for smooth project execution.
- ✔ Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- ✔ Monitor material requirements, site inventory, and resource planning.
- ✔ Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and proper workmanship at site.
- ✔ Conduct testing, balancing, and support commissioning activities.
- ✔ Resolve site execution issues and maintain project schedules.
Required Skills:
- ✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and installation practices.
- ✔ Ability to handle manpower and multiple site activities.
- ✔ Knowledge of HVAC drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- ✔ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
- ✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical (preferred)
Experience: HVAC project execution experience mandatory.
