Spectrum Solar is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Franchise Support & Customer Relations Executive to strengthen our growing franchise network across Kerala. The ideal candidate will coordinate with franchise partners, support dealership development activities, maintain operational reports, and assist with customer lead follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication with franchisees and authorized dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Support dealership and franchise development activities, including onboarding and documentation.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer lead calls and follow up on enquiries.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and other business tools.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of franchise and customer requirements.
- Track lead status, customer interactions, and franchise performance records.
- Assist in maintaining accurate databases, reports, and business documentation.
- Ensure prompt and professional customer service while representing the Spectrum Solar brand.
- Perform other coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, franchise support, dealer coordination, telesales, or business coordination. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams and franchise partners.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive and professional attitude.
