We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will support the architectural team in design development, preparation of drawings, site coordination, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop and modify drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
- Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress as required.
- Assist in preparing working drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP, and other project teams.
- Make revisions to drawings based on site conditions and design changes.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and project-related files.
- Support the team in design development and execution of projects.
Required Skills :
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
- Strong attention to detail and design sense.
Qualification:
- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates with exposure to residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio or academic project work will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
